My NOTD is OPI Pearl of Wisdom over black. The black I used was China Glaze Patent Leather. I don't recommend that black for a layering polish. You need at least 2 coats of it to be streak free. It was also more of a brown black than a black black. I love the duochrome effect of Pearl of Wisdom. The sparkle is very subtle indoors, but in sunlight, the shimmer is dazzling. Can't wait to try it by itself even though I'm afraid it'll be sheer.
